Preferred solution: 3000 y’all give me 1200 I needed actual 3000 total And I didn’t put the full amount in there and that’s my fault and I apologize but I needed 3000. Total I got 1200 and it just wasn’t enough to cover everything I needed to cover.

Hello,
I am not " pissed off" first of all. I tried to pay my balance off in full at 5:58 pm Central time, and I was told to call back late?
Also told the office was closed.
I was befuddled because I would think that many customers would have an option to pay off thier balance 24/7. I do not wish to pay another $160.
and change because your company was not able allow one to even pay online?
I will contact you once again around 1:00 pm tomorrow.
However, I will pay my balance, but will argue the interest...
